Snapback hats were first seen in the 90s and were worn by mostly everyone. Recently, fitted baseball caps took over and were worn strictly for fashion. Snapback hats are baseball caps with a plastic size adjuster in the back. These hats have a more vintage look than that of the new fitted caps. Rappers Tyga, Wiz Khalifa and singer Chris Brown are all big fans of the snapback hat.
